i have and x-celerator and dont now how to tune it i can get it to start but it runs wide open i was wondering if anyone help out with some pointer to get it to work the right way:\

Well.. U should check your servo linkage.. that would be your first bet.. and it could possibly be wayyy lean but dont touch your needles just yet.. Write Back

well i got to idle right and now when i drive it and i let off the throtle it dies but it runs for like 4 to 5 mins

U should stop driving it b4 u damage your engine.. u need to pick up a temp gun and post your temps.. u want to run around 200 to 210 degrees..

one other thing I have to give it full throtle to get it started. it is running about 300 is the temp.

well that could be tuning.. or simply you just didnt have it primed.. to prime your engine just put your finger over the exhaut to fill the lines with fuel.. then it should fire up..

i got the my truck to run but it is slow at take off how can i get a faster response on take off

Lean out your Low Speed Needle.. but its a combination of both needles.. so now if you lean it out it is going to get hotter.. so what you need to do is get our car where you want it on the low end. (remember to keep an eye on temps) then adjust your overal temp on the High Speed Needle
