I'm looking to upgrade my Savage from a .21 to a .26 Wasp or Picco which ever I find cheaper. I am wondering other than heavy duty dogbones and exhaust, what else do I need for this to happen? Thanks.
 
well yeah.. but I recommend the adjustable engine mounts.. it does just drop right in but you need to push the engine back more to fit the CB just right... $19.00 only
 
When I installed my 16t gear with my .26 Wasp, I had to mill out the holes on the engine mount plate a little to get the gears to mesh good. I had good luck with Lightning Hobbies. They gave me the wasp at the same price as the Picco .26 because they were out of stock on the Picco. And they had it to me the next day and only charged me standard shipping.
Stormer hobbies usualy has the best prices on the .26 engines but they are always out of stock. Good luck with the new engine. She has a lot of power!!!!
