Need help with Mini T motor

I just got my mint t couplr a days ago. I am currently running a 7.4V li-poly batt on it with everything standard. Pretty soon i am gonna fry the stock motor with these voltage. Does anyone have any suggestion what is my next motor should be. i don't want a brushless motor...too expensive

There are a lot of choices.
I have run all 3.
300 is a cheep one with great power but its a throw away non rebuildable.

The Rabid Chihauhau is the fastest of all but is a throw away as well.

BaJa has great torque and speed and is rebuildable making it the best value.

I was looking at the baja mini t motor. Do you think running a 7.4V li-poly will kill it??

How about the team orion big block compared to the baja?? Does all the motor you mention above fits strait in a mini t or more modification needed??

How about the team orion speed motor??
