C-Cell Battery?

I was looking at Tower and according to them you need a C-Cell battery. What is this for??

where does it say you need a c-cell battery? it may be for the glow-ignitor...

On Tower where it says things required or something, i bet it is for the ignitor but I wasn't sure.

Under the requirments for the Hot Bodies Lightning RR RTR it says you need a c-cell battery. I figured that it was for the ignitor and WA2FAST answered my question. Thanks for your help.

Another question: I know that hobbypeople has plenty of parts for the X-Terminator but does any store online carry parts for the Lightning?? Also, what about hop-ups?? thanks.

That I can't help you with. I don't know much about the X-Terminator or the Lightning to be honest with you. Just from what I have read here and there on these boards, but I haven't done research for that specifficaly. Sorry man.

Parts for the Lightning are hard to find. Especially the 2's. I find most of mine at my lhs, and Horizon sells Hot Bodies stuff, but they don't have pics on most of the items I've looked up, so I can't say for sure the are Lightning parts since HB makes parts for so many other cars/trucks. I find it alot easier to find Lightning 1 parts, so if you choose a Lightning you may want to save a buck or two and get the 1.

As for hop-ups for the RTR I guess they would be the Pro parts.

Ughhhhh!!! I was all ready order up the buggy tonight but my parents won't let me!! They are making me wait until my birthday even though I am paying for it!!:censored: :flaming:
