I bought a set or rpm carriers and the pillow balls started pulling through. Bought a new set and replaced the one bad one. today the opposite side popped through. Do i have something wrong or what do think the deal is? I was really siked when i bought them and the tru trak kit from reading all the hype and good reports, well now I'm beggining to not believe all the hype. Unless its something I'm doing but can't figure what it would be. Any ideas? Thanks

Do you have enough play room between the hub, & A arms? If not, a tall suspension would cost it pop out on hard landings, my buddy have those set up & had the same issues you have. I'm still running the original hub carriers on mine, I only up graded all RPM A arms & Drive shafts. The hubs that came with the model are, stronger than I though they were. Hope these helps bud.

A tall suspension setting will cause this with rpm carriers.

tall suspension settings as far as where the pushrod is located in the a arm? If so yes i have it set on the tallest to try and level the stance of the truck. I also have the aluminum pushrods but dont think that would be my problem. I am still gonna send them to rpm and try and get a warrenty, but I'm sure its probably my fault in there eyes:\

well that will be my next thing but just bought these rpms and dont want to buy more if i can fix it.Is that what u r reffering to though, what hole the pushrods are located in?
