Nascar fans, remember when...

I remember an incident a few years ago where one driver comes up after a race and starts ragging on another guy intil he drops him with a pop in the face. I could swear it was robby gordon ragging on tony stewart until stewart drills him. But I just wasted almost an hour searching the web and can only confirm that stewart punched a photographer at indy. Who are the two I am thinking of? Was Nemacheck involved?

I dont think so. Robby Gordon is 205 pounds, Jeff is pretty small.

Ricky Rudd got popped a couple of years ago too but I think it was from someones pit crew though.

It was Kevin Harvick that went after Ricky...It was Kurt Bush that got hit in the eye by Jimmie Spencer..Both very funny

I think there was one other incident with Ricky where he did get popped by another driver's pit crew...and the only one that comes to mind with Stewart was his t-bone last season.

I believe you are thinking of the Bush v. Spencer incident. Bush had a black eye for a week or two afterwards. Stewart and R Gordon got into in Daytona a couple years ago and all it was, was a little push and shove and collar grabbing. Rudd got into it with a crew member, I believe it was a water bottle being thrown by one at the other. Harvick and Biffle have had their share of collar grabbing and jumping over one car after the other as well as Harvick and Kenseth. Jarrett and J Gordon and Rusty and J Gordon have had thier share of words but nothing more than finger pointing and words. HTH

How were the to drivers who about a year ago kept bumping each other and one got sent in to the grass and was pissed cause he was do donuts in the grass.
