Just thought I'd throw up some pics of my truck

Nice rig man. I hope to have my race rig together before the first race of the season at my local track. Still waiting on my transmission, pretty much got everything else. I may try the setting up my receiver like yours.

Kyleb you got a link to the page where you got the UE chassis for the build. I can't seem to navigate my way thru the web page and find it.

Thanks
For the compliments guys.

Dragon, it's not listed on their site because it hasn't been in production since 2005

Dang! Oh well. I'm thinking of gettting my friend to cut me one out at his fab shop on the cnc machine. Just need to get a template made with dimensions to give him. He said he could make one out of titanium if i wanted to spend the money but I'm thinking aluminum will do just fine. Thanks for the feedback anyways

There still relatively easy to find on eBay once in a while. These chassis don't die, they just find new owners.

Love this pic of the thunder

Yeah i seen one on ebay a few weeks ago. Didnt have the money to bid on it then. Also i just spent money on a D8T kit. Well put it on layaway for now and gonna get it out in a couple weeks so i can build me a racer.

Yup, cool pic but not with mine!

Your trucks coming together nicely!

I never noticed before but your chassis is square edged where both of mine are chambered on the edges.

I believe there are 2 versions of the Thunder. Early (rare) versions did not have the beveled edges and I don’t think they have the SuperMaxx milled into the chassis.

That's what I was thinking Snook, kinda like the early Nickle plated Dace Predator chassis's.
