The title is more dramatic then my problem really is but here it goes..... my truck doesn't run straight its always turning and my rear wheels dont look to straight...... how do i adust the turnbuckles?

by the way my steering trim is even and straight, i think its because of the rears not being straight

my rear wheels look like this /----\

You have one wheel toed in more than the other. The toe-in should only be about 1-3 degrees to keep the rear tracking correctly.
You can adjust them with the turnbuckles:

The hex in the middle of the turn buckle is for adjusting them. You want them pointing in ever so slightly. Just because your trim is set to neutral doesn't mean your tires are straight. Adjust accordingly.
