I got this kit almost a year ago coming up in april and built it then got the engine and radio but still was missing little peices here and there but i have finally gotten the time to come back to it and finish it. so here it is. i did a body for it already but i screwed up when i cut it (painted it first then cut/drilled it and the paint chipped :opps: ) i am going to get another one of the same body (bmw m3). so here you guys go...

sorry about the blurry pics i suck with a camera. still playing around with a location for the venom temp/fail-safe.

Who makes "Team Magics" or are they there own company? My LHS just started carrying them, but I didnt get to take a good look at it. Looks like a nice setup.

it's a company based in taiwan i think these is there older model they have the G4S now which is pretty kool wish my lhs carried parts... www.teammagic.com.tw is there site.

kinda looks like an R40...no? Arent they also the people that knowcked off the original t-max? Or is that Magic Wheel I'm thinking of?

Nice ride man!!! Get some foams on her, some longer fuel tubing, an air filter, lose the bling rims, and see how she does at the track!!!.

Is it me, or maybe its just the angle of the camera, but it looks like the rear end is narrower than the front. hmmm Maybe its just the angle.

i don't think team magic has any off road cars just the G4 and a 1/8 on-road (think thats it forgot the name thou).

yea i got the wheels last year i kinda kust bought them figuring it didn't matter then got home and looked into it more and saw that foams are better alwell I will pick some up soon.

it's just the angle i kinda centered the camera more on the front on accident so the rear is a little farther away then the front.

tomarrow i just need to pick up a airfilter and a glow plug igniter for my starter box and i can start breaking her in!

That looks like a RDLogics Mongoose G4 and a Trinity Nitro G4.

Smartech did NOT knock off the "original" maxx... they are an OEM company who makes parts for them ;) Where do you think they have their stuff made? Genuine Smartech parts are on the tmaxx and NONE of you guys know it.

You are part right......
They get their parts from the same mold but do not use the same composites.

From what I understand, your information is not totally accurate.
Traxxas nor Smartech own the manufacturing plant. They do use the same molds for many but not all of the parts. Each of the companies specifies the plastic compounds to be used in their parts and do not share the recipe.

my buddy deals with smartech, and is getting away from them. But the info they forwarded to him, and to me, is what I typed.

I been lookin around and came up with this. Carson heat = to saying that they are involved with the parent company. But thats 15 pages into searching, every different form and combo of traxxas, carson, smartech, acme, modelsport, tmaxx, heat, magic wheel and more. And carson = under dickie tamiya. Which would lead to even more unclarity ;)

Thats no where near what it should be to piece together a puzzle, unless is a one piece puzzle.

I race the TeamMagic G4S and have to say its a very impressive car.
TeamMagic has been UK rubber tyre champfor 4 years in a row and has won the foam Championship again in 2006 , thats 5 years in a row.
They also won the European championships in teh Netherlands this year.
So its a capable and awesome quality car.
