After the first thread did not work, starting a second thread will not solve the problem. Perhaps you should ask for help or use the search function to find the help you need in order to post your picture.
You are on the right track with the image tags; however, the url you used does not point to a picture. It points to a page index. In order to get the right link to post between your image tags, right click on the image in question. Select properties from the menu that appears. Then highlight the url displayed, cut and paste that url between the image tags and viola.
