my savage is taking along time to warm up

for some reason when i start my savge i need to wait almost 2 min for it even to roll a lttile bit without staling out. and then once i get it going slow it takes almost 5 min from there to fully warm up. why is this. does it do it to anyone else?

lean it out a little bit, or block out one of the cooling holes in the body.
