Sorry to post this but I just bought a bunch of crap today for my savage and well other R/C's too but mostly my savage. Here go's:

Ofna Three shoe flywheel
GS Racing three shoe clutch
Ofna clutch springs
Hayes Header Tank
Dynamite Sport tuned pipe
HPI 15T clutchbell
HPI 49T spur gear
HI Tech 945 MG Hi torque servo
Hot bodies predator wheels with deathgrip tires

Now for the RC'z:
Dynamite Glo ignitor(not real exciting there but the last one I had was shorting out glo-plugs as it was meant for airplanes I believe)

how much did that end up cosing you???? that sounds like a lot of stuff. well hope you have fun with it all.

LOL it was a pretty penny but let's look at it this way I am done spending money on R/C's for a very long while.
 
yea..right. I have heared that before. Sone if not already there is something else you will want. I know from frist hand expreance...lol

Don't make me want to go spend more money man. I seriously almost bought a set of integy piggybacks last night too. The guy behind the counter always try's to load me up after I have gathered up all of my crap and paid for it. OH well maybe I will purchase somethign else that is on me though.
 
Nice purchases. Your gonna love that XS3. I just picked up another RS300 receiver as well as an Airtronics 94358Z steering servo and a Hitec 925MGS throttle servo for my SS project.

Yeah I really can't wait to get it in there and get it going. I have to go get some breakfast first but I will get around to it today for sure. These were just some things I could not live without. I am still going to flip around the SF2 servo for throttle and use the high torque servo that came with the JR radio on my Nitro MT it has to have a bunch more torque than the standard S3003 servo that I have in there now. Rob let me know how yours turns out. Have you even gotten to break in yet??? I am going to go figure out how everything works on that thing this weekend and maybe even race it a little bit. Later
 
I am currently in the break-in process on my sirio maxx project as well as my ofna buggy. Sadly my SS is still in the box. The receiver and servos will be here by thursday. All I need to get now is the hump pack. I am doing a bunch of upgrades during the build, so optaining all the parts I want has taken a little time. I like to have everything I need at the time I start the project.
 
Rob I can't say I blame you with what I have been through I really wish I would have gotten the SS and built it as you are doing so it is right the first time. I have taken my savage apart numerous times for basically the reason of adding better parts to hop it up a little. Oh well it's fun anyways.
 
Anytime hopups and upgrades are concerned, just bend over and take it like a man.:wedgie:
