Well guys,

I have had the car for a bit now, but haven't gotten the nice wheels on, or got a camera to take pics with until now. Heres my 1992 Mitsubishi 3000GT SL. Its only got 87K miles on it and with the exception of the drivers seat, is in perfect condition. This is one body style that I think will last a long time, still looks great 13 years later.

I like it better than my old car, and it actually wasn't too much more than my old car. I don't have the subs hooked up to it yet, but I have a nice CD Player all hooked up and ready for subs.

Tell me what you guys think.

I have always loved Mitsubishi, and the 3000GT was the peak of performance from thier line. Sweet car man. So, when are we gonna go pick up some chicks??

wow. I like that car. My bro is currently looking for a car, and he has $4,000 to spend but he is very picky.

BTW: How much was that car?

I'm down for whenever.

Thanks guys, it was hassle dealing with the accident but I think it turned out for the better. I wish it was a VR4...:D But its still a damn fast car for a 17 year old :)

The car was $5,700, but if you find a older more used car they can get that cheap.

TAKE IT BACK!! You better hope the 3000 didn't hear you say that. Blasphemy!
Haha, yea. But seriously, I'm glad its not becuase if it was my dad wouldn't have let me buy it.

I agree NC, its really the one Mitsubishi that I like. The Eclipse is ok, but the 3000GT is much better.

Well, there's always an engine swap. But seriously, it's a nice car, much better than my corolla. Did your insurance go up after getting it?

Well, I assume if he is making payments on it his insurance went all the way up to full coverage LOL. insurance co.s always seem to lump cars like this into one category "Dangerous".

Insurance stayed the same as the old 3000GT. I am just making payments to the parents and I'm almost there actually.

I almost hit a deer tonight with it, talk about a rush. It was like 12 and damn deer jumped out infront of me, good thing I got good brakes. I missed the first one and then another jumped out and barely clipped the back of my car. The stupid thing is stupid enough to run into a car when it could have easily just slowed down and completely missed me. It boggles my mind that an animal that stupid can still survive in the wild.

My dad used to have a twin turbo stealth, same car as the VR4 and I let him take her for a drive today, he loves the thing. Sometimes he brags to his friends more than I do to mine.

O, and the deer luckily left no dents in my car :)

You really like the white?

You can really see it in the pics, but the paintjob has depth and really is a pearl type color. It kinda looks flat white in the pics tho...

Looks real nice.
Not a ding or dent??
Very nice. Good luck with it.
I like this one better than your old one.

Glad you like it Ratzo, nope, not a single ding or dent even being 13 years old. The dealership said the car was even stored during the winter, there is almost no rust at all under the car.
