So far I really like it. It is easy to start and has gobs of mid/high power but it runs a little too hot for my comfort. I'm still experimenting with plugs/needle/pipe/clutch settings so it's going to take a few weeks to get a really honest feel for what this engine can do.
 
That collari was the hit of the weekend. Sweetdiesel has the cleanest most tricked out sav I have seen.. and obviously it has what it takes.. He also is the best driver I have EVER seen in action.. The control he had on the ramp this weekend was unbelivable. I think I see big stuff happening soon...

D.. you wanna go for a quadroople back flip..? I'll build the ramp.. lol

Yeah If I can find a 19 or 20 tooth CB we might find the speed needed for the quadruple LOL!!!!

There are a few tweaks I need to make to my truck before I post some pics. I also need to clean it!!
 
SKIP has really done some cool things with the racer Savage. It handles like it's on rails and that SH28 is tuned to run like a raped ape! Not to mention it is bulletproof with his cage design and 4MM!!! custom TVPs...

I think HE wins hands down for the most tricked out savage on the planet!
 
Skip.....would you be intrested in posting a "how to" on the construction of that roll cage? What exactly is the material "derlin" and where would one find it?
 
nah man I am building a few right now and taking pics along the way.. I do make them for people, but I have no problem showing ya'll how to do it.. It takes the right tools, time, and alot of laser eye...
