Here is just a quick snap shot of my new Baja body.
I will take some detailed shots that better show off all the extremely intricate shading and details that you just can't see in this shot.

I sent the unpainted body off to NCNITRO with no expectations whatsoever. A simple PM to him that said HAVE FUN!!. A few weeks later I get a package in the mail. When I opened it up I was totally blown away. Words can't describe how happy I am. I have never seen work like this in my life. NEVER!!

This photo does the body no justice at all NONE. I will try to get better photos that show the talent that NCNITRO has.

THANKS JOE!!!!

Wow looks good Eddy .. Your Baja looks soo .... clean and together and no bent shock shafts.. must be nice ! And Joe has some really nice skills for sure .

I'm a clean freak and have a toolbox full of shafts:D

One thing I'm going to try and capture in some photos is the purple is marbled all the way through with black undertones. I think Joe was inspired by a bowling ball or maybe in this case a "Purple" Micro-dot.

Can't wait to see the closeups, but looks like Joe did one hell of a bang-up job. That's some awesome looking work.

Looks awesome Ed! NC definitely has some mad skills. That is one awesome ride you have there my friend.

Looks killer Ed. That NCNitro guy sure knows how to sling some paint. Great work!

You sure hope so.....
I saw the way he incorporated the design in the 2 places where his dog chewed on YOUR body. Quite ingenious if you ask me. :D

He did mention he was modifying the body with custom air ducts to help cool the motor. If I had known Fido was doing the work I would have sent Scooby Snacks for payment. Grrrrr.

Hey Ed, glad you like it! The black undertones are actually streaks, not marble. :D I have quite a bit of time in that sucker! But it does look good on the Baja. Man I gotta get me one of those! The flesh tone was the hardest color for me to mix, thanks to the guys at CFX I was finally able to get it.

Dom, yours are on the block as we speak, sorry about the dog bites, lol, but it will be ok. :D Shouldnt be too much longer now buddy, thanks for your patience!

.21, if you can give me a little more time, I will squeeze you in next if you still need one painted. I will shoot you a pm as soon as I finish all the ones I have here right now, (3), and if you are still interested I promise you'll be next.

Thanks for the compliments guys!

Fantastic job Joe.

Ed, I am going to come over and do some wrenching on one of my RC's on your workbench. You need some stains and gouges on there.

I just installed the "Counter tops" a few days ago.
They had 2 4 foot units scratch and dent that I just couldn't pass up.
FYI, They are a perfect fit for a 4 foot workbench and just slid right over the top of my existing GOUGED AND STAINED tops. :D

A few more shots that help capture the detail.
I LOVE all the black undertones and shading under the purple.

Nice work Nitro.........Eddy your work bench is a sign of f your sick mind....;)

I agree with Talon, Eddy. A clean bench is the sign of a sick mind! Great shell for the Baja, though. NC, you have some great talent.
