Well i think iv added a new mouse curser to my site but it wont let me see it so plez have a look and tell me what u think

That's pretty slick. I like it. I moved it onto the white on the page to look at it, then noticed it was being followed by the little car. All I would recommend is removing the white box around the car, if that's possible.

no white box here, but i think someones on my frequency. there are 2 trucks, 1 in the white and 1 in the green. dont you have frequency flags on your site?
