RC Driving Style
New member here i am a member of mgt.com for along time now. Someone linked me here showing a cage i made so i joined up. Heres a few pic's of my MGT's. Hope to post some more and help out when i can. Thanks :)

this guy teCk build some sweet roll cages for an awesome price, he build em how ya want em, each one is custom for cheap price, they arent mass produced, he builds em as you order them, all i can say is

It is a MGT just having no stock bumpers throws it off i think. I made some custom full skids for it and custom wing mount. Shes 100% MGT =devil

That is a freaking sweet looking MT. There was an article in XRC about a company that did that 6 X 6 conversion for the MGT. Did you have anything to do with that?

Michael..face it...your MGT is wanting you to to at least pick it up.
 
Woodie i did make that cage. And no Jon i didnt have anything to do with that article. But i read it and i saw the kit for sale for over 500 bucks and i figured i can do it for a fraction of the price. And i did with a run to the home depot and some spare parts. Worked out great shes a smooth runner. Heres a pic of the parts that i made and modded for the project all the other parts were stock MGT parts needed.

teck.. that is awesome stuff man. Always cool to see members that have taken it upon themselves to make a custom project work. Those cages are pretty cool as well. Do they mount to a strong point on the chassis? I have seen some made and I just got turned off where they mount to. Are they powder coated?
 
They mount right to the frame were the upper bummper mounts are. No they are painted with automotive paint and clear coated.
 
How much do you charge for a roll cage? Do you only make Monster GT roll cages?

I charge 50.00 plus 9.95 shipping to USA. I also make them for t-maxx and e-maxx. I was making them for savages for awhile but the roller i used was a buddys and he has taken it back. If theres a truck you want it for and i can get a hold of someones to mock the cage up on i can make it for anything.
