I thought id share a couple of piccys of mi lightning2 now its finished..
Heres mi list of upgrades

Hardened springs
Front and rear alloy chassie supports
Upper and lower alloy suspention holders
front stearing stabblizer set
3 piece alloy Racing clutch set Flywheel,3 peice clutch, clutch springs pro clutch
Upgraded shock tower front
Upgraded Shocks purple
Billet Machined alloy stearing arms
Front and back steel diff gears
Hyper7 Wheels
Modded rear Tail fin
upgraded shock tower rear
Lightning2pro Shell

Its upgraded to pro spec now..
All thats left is to decide what to do about engines..

looks just like mine and I love the Lightning 2 Pro I have. I dropped the Wasp .28 with THS pipe in mine.

Yep, looks like my LP2. Haven't seen a black wing for some time though. I busted it within a month. Have a white Ofna wing on it now. Nice buggy. Figure out the engine thing, and get it dirty would you. Your making my eyes hurt with all that bling.

what are all the differences between a rr and pro chassis ???
is the rr radio a stick or steeringwheel one, are the servos ok for steering ??
I need a good on-line order shop ?????

Hey, since I'm a good forum user and used the search button, can any of you tell me how you liked the Pro 2 after you started racing? This buggy is at the top of my want list now. Gawd I love all of the purple parts.

this was my first buggy ever and first time racer so for me to say much about the buggy might not be too helpful to you but I do have to say that when I raced it for the first time, I was ready to race it again at another different track the following week and again and again and again.....

Cool. I'm looking for a basher/racer type buggy. The Pro 2 looks to fit my needs. I kind of kicked myself when I sold my GS Storm ARR. I have buggy envy right now.

You guys have me all fired up cuz i have a lightning 2 pro on the way. I'm gonna start to do a little bit of racing this season, and this is gonna be my first buggy. I still have to decide on a mill.


Can anybody let me know where i can find parts for this thing. I have noticed that they are a bit scarce.

Towerhobbies has parts for them, but I would get mine from my LHS.....however I have had only the wing break so it's a pretty tuff buggy

I have one that is going to be in the F/S forum, as soon as I borrow a digi cam for pics. Roller with LOTS of spare parts. I'll post a link here when it's in there, if anyone is interested.
