I have the V1 TR clutch set up for now and hoping to get the Vertigo 61680 Easy Access Clutch Unit.
front shock are stock with Threshold V1 Rezzies

Will be up grading front shocks to Innovative-RC Big Bore shocks once I get a big cc engine.

TR makes the V2 easy access clutch carrier...
I think I'm getting a OBR 30.5 reed engine..

I don't plane on running in sand to much, so wanted A cutch that would run a bit cooler and the new Vertigo will come open carrier and later you can buy adapter's vented and closed.
The OBR FM 30.5 reed is a great engine

The TR v2 is enclosed but vented..runs cool
The V1 is old design
All vertigo enclosed clutch carriers are vented too..

I had the vented Vertigo setup on my 5B and loved it. I'll be honest, I'm kinda jelly of that engine, your making want another 1/5 scale. I need to stop looking at these threads.

I'll be putting the new parts on later do to finding the nose of the stock Chassis bent up all most a 1/4 inch and the rear has a small twist , thinking about going with the Kraken RC X3 Polymer Chassis .
And thanks guy for the great comments , HPIguy I see a new Baja in your future

Just curious did you have a lower front chassis brace??

Yes It did have a FullForce Front Lower Chassis Brace , which did hold it in place but as soon as I take the brace off nose goes up all most a 1/4 inch .
I did buy the truck used with the brace on it so I'm thinking the previous owner bent the chassis and use the FullForce Front Lower Chassis Brace to suck it back in place .
I could probably just leave it but I just don't like the Idea of the constant pressure.

"Nice score" can't go wrong with OBR .
I allso did a BP tranny with TR case and BBRC gears with PhatDad 5SC drive line kit.
next will be
Kraken X3 Chassis.
Modified RC rear plate.
RPM lower arms.
PhatDad-RC billet engine brace kit.
tire's and wheels but haven't made up my mined.
All so thinking about saving for a RC40 Evolution looks like a great engine and I hear it will be able to be bumped up to a 50 , that would be great, a big cc engine that wont over heat when running in smaller areas.

Installed the Kraken RC X2 Rear Lower A-Arms the only thing I had to do was dremal out about 1.5 mm to get the ball in the IRC big bore shock end to fit in the arm

Walbro Carburetor Metering Diaphragm never hurts to have a extra
Turtle Racing/OBR V2 Sealed Clutch Housing
RB Innovations Modified Cooling Clutch Plate for TR/OBR Sealed Billet Clutch Housing
not to sure of RB Innovations products but if it helps keep clutch temps and fade down it's worth a try.

All so did the mesh mod on the engine , but still not sure if I want to do the mod on the pull start or put on outerwears in stead.

The old one is a stock 26 pretty beat , next to no good will be keeping for spare odds and end .
I'll be starting the summer with a new zenoah g29 then upgrading the OBR reed then latter a rc40 or a 46
