Well I was drivig around in a parking lot with the body off, tuning the motor. Well I was going a little too fast, and I was a little too far away to judge my distance.

Oh well, that why they make replacement parts!

ouch that hurts but you will have many more lol.... thats not that bad of a wreck probibly $30 bucks right?

Mike C are you looking at this? This is more of a respectable wreck... Let us know the carnage and the parts it takes to fix it along with price for all of them...X

Carbon Front/Rear Shock Tower NTC3 6.69
Front Bumper NTC3 3.89
Front Suspension Arm Set NTC3 7.69
Shock Mount Nuts .95
4-40x3/4 Flat Head Socket Screw 1.90

In-Stock Items: $21.12
Priority Mail (Special Rate): $12.99
Subtotal: $34.11

I ordered all of the stuff from Tower. Opted for the Priority Express Mail. Plus the regular Shock Tower wasn't in stock so I went with the Carbon one. Not too bad!

see thats a real wreck it has to cost atleast 20 bucks in parts before shipping to be a real wreck in my book.. Good Work...you get smiley terrorists...

Ouch! Looks like you were at least having fun!

I'm getting pissed off already that I havent been able to run my onroad in MONTHS!

I'm MOVING! Screw this shiat!

Hey AGM looking at that pic again did you crack the Tank ? I didn't see that on your parts list. X

No the tank is fine, Its just that on the NTC3 tank (mine at least) there is a slanted angle in that corner. After looking at the pic again it does kind of look messed up, but its fine.

Yes and does look a little worse then my crash:devious:

I hit the curb. I was probably going about 30+mph. There was an uneven surface and I was trying to turn, going fast on it. So i kind of just drifted right into the curb.

That sucks, I just recently hit a curb at a good clip with my RS4 and busted my pipe, bent my header, and busted the front arm. I am going to get the THS Racing pipe or RG concepts pipe. Actually a wreck is a very good excuse to upgrade to better parts.

I was thinking the same thing, I'm looking as some of the K-Factory parts for my Ntc3.

Nice wreck!!! *standing ovation*

"Shock Mount Nuts .95

How many come in a pack? Don't get me wrong, I shop Tower all the time, but I think they get away with murder on hardware (as do most hobby shops I know of). If you will, at my local Emigh hardware I could get 4-40x3/4's hexers for $.06 @ and most small nylock nuts (shock mounting nuts) for under $.08 @. You might want to check out your local hardware store next time.

Some ppl act stunned when they see my bags of extra hardware, as if it cost me $100 or something. Shoot, I feel cheap if I go to Emigh when I need a screw & don't leave with a bag of 20 stainless steel screws. Call it a waste, but I usually reassemble with virgin hardware. :)

Very nice crash .

I do same thing at hardward store load up i think I'm gonna order from mcmastercarr i paid 5 bucks in hardware other night couple screws were .25 cents a screw ... i could have ordered 100 from mcmaster for 5 bucks

Rob you hit the nail on the head man. Myself and a a couple buds all got together and did a order from mcmaster it is so much cheaper. The local Ace store here charges 15-30 cents depending what you need that is RAPE...X

Nice work! Get used to it LOL! McMaster Carr is a bible for the smart hobbiest. If you look carefully enough, you can find all kinds of goodies.

Hey TRUG I just looked at micro fastners ... Those dudes are VERY expensive compared to Mcmaster...X
