Hey i am fairly new to the forum but have been into R/c for about a year and a half now and decided to take on a project. I have also liked the E-Maxx motor setup and the chassis of the rustler. So i have set out on a new project, putting the E-Maxx Motor and EVX on to my Rustler and making it a beast. So far i have made it so the EVX is mounted in a new way and now all i need to do is figure out how to get both motors to fit behind the body post and in between the tires.  If you have any suggestions on how to fit the two motors in and have it work that would be great but tomarrow i am going to try a way that i have in my head and is to hard to put on paper or in words. but if it doesn't work then i will try some of the suggestions you guys put up if you suggest any. I will have pics of my progess up in a day or so.

i have thought of doing something like that before but i could not figer out to mount 2 motors

It can be done. You will need to get a Nitro rustler chassis and tranny. The reason I say only the chassis and tranny is that most of the electric stuff will bolt on to the nitro chassis. The reason is that the nitro tranny puts the spur gear inside the chassis and the gears can handle a lil more power too, you also can use a Nitro Stampede tranny too. The Nitro chassis is aluminum so it will hold up better. Then from there you can use the E-Maxx motor plate to mount to the tranny or make a mount to bolt it to the chassis. Then have to make a stacking battery holder and there will be other mods as you go. So I hope this helps. Any questions feel free to ask.
