To elaborate a little further on what RC10 said, remove the air filter. Look down the throat of the carb and check to see that it is not completely closing off. When at idle and trimmed back there should be around a 1mm gap and should not close any more when applying the brake. A good check is with a standard paper clip, the wire diameter on most is just over 1mm.
Check this out first, if still a problem post back. I or someone else here will help you figure it out.

By the way, I noticed you just joined the site, WELCOME. There's a lot of good people here, you might want to go post in the introduce yourself forum and let us know litttle bit about you and your r/c.

pull your glowplug out and then reconnect the quick start lead. Hold the threads against the cooling head or other bare metal and press the quick start. make sure your face isn't over the open glowplug hole as some fuel may spit out. look at the plug to ensure its glowing. If it is then check your fuel lines to make sure you don't have a prseeure leak anywhere. you should be able to see the fuel move thought the fuel lines toward the engine. If all that is well and good, then check your idle as mentioned above
