my brother finally graduated!!!!

After completing his Chef's degree my brother Lawrence has finally made the walk and got his degree!!! It's been a long and hard road over the past 2 years and all of us here are very proud of him! Straight out of his extern ship he has a job already at our only 5 star restaurant and hotel here in York, PA, The Yorktown Hotel. Today is a proud day :bow::bow::bow:

That's really great. A good friend of mine owns a restaurant in New York, so I know what trained chefs make. He's in for a really good future if he's already in a 5 star eatery.

Yeah we couldnt believe it at first. He started his extern back in February. To our surprise his boss showed up at the graduation tonight and extended the full time offer. I thought he was going to pass out!
