nice ride the first thing you should do is take the spark arrester out i did that to my 700 and it made it LOUD lol

Sometimes on the stock exhaust, you can take the screws out of the end cap and pull out the baffle/spark arrestor...I know you can do it on the 450's

don't pull the baffle out without jetting it. pulling the baffle will make it run lean.

i have a banshee and a 250r i'll post pictures later if ya want. i am currently troubleshooting the banshee, i just rebuilt the top end, 1mm overbored 65mm pistons. had boysen reeds but pulled them off, it's not running rite. it's missing one one cylinder at idle and i've already switched plug wires "no help" and cleaned the pilot/main jets in both carbs. still no luck. it's getting annoying but i'm hoping its just a jet i ordered more jets last night.
