She looks killer good. I like the glitter. That rules.
One tip, don't take pics in the grass anymore. Makes it to hard to see the paint.
And since I'm in the market for a new airbrush, I must ask what brush you use...

The grass was a lot shorter a few days ago LOL

as for airbrush I have a Paasche VL that I use for large area coverage and for smaller areas and fine detail I use an Iwata HP-CS.

You need a lawn mower, and that grass needs some water, lol. BTW nice looking paint job.

Yeah, the glitter is too cool! Did you sprinkle it into the wet clear, or actually spray it through the VL?

I actually sprayed it thru my VL mixed with the clear. I put in quite a lot of glitter to about 1 ounce of clearmixed it in the jar then sprayed it before it had a chance to settle to much.

Looks awesome! I got some of that glitter (Chrome and gold) that I havnt gotten a chance to use yet. I really like the looks of the clear wing! I'm gonna have to borrow that idea for me next lid.. Looks awesome though, what ya putiing it on?

The clear wing was an idea spured on by sheer lazyness, I was tired of painting and it was getting late so I figured i'd just cut it out and spray it another time as you can see I never got around to it. that and I ran out of glitter and didn't want a plain blue or black wing didn't think it would flow with the rest of the body.
By all means if it works use it.

this body is going on my R40 hopefully to be run this weekend.
