I have a t-maxx 2.5 that i recently put the new 3.3 engine in and just broke in the motor. Soon after the break in, the engine would only run for a bit when it was cold and then dies soon after i started running it hard. So i thought it was just the glow plug. But I was wrong because every time i put a new plug in, it doesn't do anything different. Now the engine hardly idles and is a pain in the butt to even start. What should I do. I tried tunning it and it just doesn't seem to do anything either. HELP???

More than likely you don't have it tuned correctly. Go back to factory specs and then lean the LSN by 1/8 of a turn. When it's warmed up, tweak the LSN till you have a good idle and take off, then lean the HSN for WOT running.
