  1. Bashing
Well, went bashing today, good weather, plenty of time etc etc.......
Get the rig warmed up and tuned perfect. I'm screaming around for about 2 hours getting it nice and dirty (hehe) and then a clattering and immediate stall. Man, what now i ask? Well the con rod (3.3) failed again, split off the wrist pin and punched a hole in the piston! Damm. I know this is a bit of a problem for the 3.3, (not trying to trash Traxxas) but this sucks! Anyways, just a little venting. My dilemma now is replace parts for about $110 or spend double and just go with a different mill. Anyways thanks for listening everyone. :whhooo: :\ :(

Well if I were you, and this happened to me more than once I would throw out that 3.3 and buy my self a more reliable mill.

Trx 3.3

I have a perfectly broke-in 3.3, I will sell it for $50.00 plus shipping. It came out of a T maxx 4907, has had very little run time since the break-in.

I'm working on getting a new mill as we speak, there is a listing in the for sale forum for a Picco .26 that i am awaiting a response to. I hope it goes well. I know the Picco is a better mill by far but I was going to wait for spring before getting one so as avoid the temptation to drive in the cold.
