Point taken and understood. However, not every call deserves a ticket... agree?

I could understand if it was like 7:00 in the morning or 10:30 at night but 4:00 in the afternoon? C'mon now... somebody's badge was bigger than their brain in that situation. I imagine it's part of an officer's job to use good judgement. Just because somebody complains doesn't make them right. Unfortunately, these days that seems to be more and more the case in certains instances. People need to lighten up sometimes, including the authorities. Lay down the law for real troublemakers.

I agree 100%. With me it's the attitude. (not saying anyone gave one, so nobody freak out) usualy no attitude, no ticket. Attitude, many tickets.
 
good point alpine i have no idea of the attitude of the kid.would make sense if he gave the cop a hard time.
