Ok, I got the HPI steering upgrade, replacing the MP servo saver mod and it is much better. The steering is tight and quick. I did shave the center arm a little bit to get more steering and I have the uprights/hubs all shaved so my turning just got a major upgrade with this thing. I am using bearings I bought from Avid RC, which cost less than the HPI kit but have rubber seals rather than the steel ones HPI has. The one thing I did not like about it is the center arm, where the ball ends for the turnbuckles screw in, do not leave room for a lock nut on the end but could be cut to allow for it. I prefer to have a lock not on the ends of all them to prevent it from backing out and keeping it tight.

I guess I should have stated that I have the lunsford set so the ball ends and screws are one and the same.
