Your Manual that came with the Rig will explaine proper engine break in steps or if you installed a new powerplant into your ride the engines manual should also have the steps listed for proper engine break in.

I believe that the best way to break in a "motor" is to plug in your battery and go. Its "engines" that require a proper break in. JK
