Yep. You may have to modify the MS filter neck to fit around the spur. Seperate the MS & stock filter bodies from their angled necks. Wall out the MS air filter body the accomodate the stock neck which is angled perfectly to fit around the spur. Seal (recommended) with Shoe-goo.
You can never clean your air filter too much. Some conditions require you to clean it in between runs. At each bashing/racing days end, cleaning & re-lubing the air filter should definitely be at the top of your post-running checklist!:thumbup:
You might also check with your lhs and see if they have the outer pre-filter kit in stock. It comes with the outer pre-filter and another inner filter. This may help out with the cleaning interval.
