Most expensive body ever?

Unless it is just the photos, it looks like it has a lot bleeding around the masking. That is a lot of moolah!

I seen a "Real Flame" sell on ebay for $230. It was cool, but Not $230 cool.

Very pretty, but if I did buy that, I'd kick my own ass if I landed on the lid after a jump!

Price/weight ratio on that thing must make worth more than gold.

it looks to bloody(to much bleeding) plus it is so crowded their are just to many things on one body to enjoy any thing. if it was flame and flag, or flame and small cheackers. it would be better but still not $127 better.

I don't think that's the most expensive I've seen. Bodies by Seb and adrcracing have gone for more.

I don't like the style, but the wokmanship is top notch.

I almost went after one of these on eBay. Real flames...

how do you make the flames look real, like they do on those bodies?

That is a technique that only a handful of Pro RC painters have figured out... A tutorial will show up sooner or later though... I can't wait...

I've done quite a bit of searching for "true fire" and have found a very wide variety of styles. I don't like the one pictured above cuz it just doesn;t look right. The technique is good but the style is aweful. IMO

all the "True fire", "Real Fire" stuff I've been able to find on the net has been for airbrushing on 1:1 cars. I wous\ld assume if you are good at that, you could then reverse the process for lexan bodies. But it does take some skills with an airbrush that I simply do not posses.

The problem with the "fire" in the pic above is it looks like it was applied using a stencil. Makes it look not very "true" or "real" in my opinion. Still a nice paint job tho.

The body Andy saw sell for over $230.00 was a Chevy body with real flames done by Seb. It was a killer paint job but not worth it IMO.

I dont like the first body posted at all. We have a few guys here that can easily do that, and better, no way is it worth what it is going for. I love the real fire paint jobs, and I am dying to give one a try, but have no clue where to begin with that yet.
