Ok I'll do that and see if that makes a difference.

Is it ok to leave the truck power switch on to drain them or will that hurt something else? Or what would be the best way to drain them. My charger doesn't have a conditioning function on it?

It will take a very long time to drain if only the receiver is left on and the servos are not pulling power. You can get an inexpensive discharger at your LHS that has automotive bulbs to pull the power. No fancy circuits, but the results you need.

I was just curious. Do the Ni-MH Batteries have a memory? I just looked at the battery pack in the truck and they said Ni-MH on the label.

The links were fine.
Lets see if anyone else with the same setup replies with any info. How many times do you think you charged that battery?

It has been charged about 5-6 times. That's including the initial charge before the break in of the engine. It only seems to take about half hour each time. the initial took about an hour.
