I was wondering would I be ok if I put a 2 oz Hays glowfuel tank on my RC10GT. along with the normal fuel tank I dont want to get a bigger tank because things would be tight on my chassie. and with a secoundary tank i could put it up front to help keep the front tires down. if that is to big i could get a 1oz Sullivan glowfuel tank. i am running a OS CR-V .15 or somthing like that.

Well, if you want to put it up front you would have very little in choices where to plant it. You might be able to stick it between the steering block and the servo, off to the left side a bit, but will probably get some binding from the steering block.

I would actually sugest putting the stock tank from a XML Mammoth in Place of your old one, as it worked for me ( I DO NOT have the Associated Radio Box on mine tho.) You could also think about putting the tank out back where the stock batteies are supposed to go. It would probaly fit pretty good, allthought I have no idea if even running two tanks would work. As for more weitgh on the front try moving your battery pack up between the shocks, in front of the shock tower. hope this helps.

get one of those little tanks used for planes.. that should give you a few more ounses

edit: they your truck will run upside down to!!

never though of that. Thanks. i have a small bracket made out of AL i made and it will sit above the steering linkages and will rest on the blue support bars but i like your idea better.

yeh tanks do work , buit u need to do this...
on the new tank run its fuel line into the stock tanks pressure line, and the pressure line from the exhaust to the new tanks pressure nipple, this means that as the stock tank empties tha old one fills it, until it empties and then u are just running 1 tank again, hope this helps :D

New Era sells a 125cc tank kit for the GT, and it fits right in place of the stock tank... might look into it?
