Is it normel to see more exhaust in the winter like 50 degrees to 60 degrees then in summer like 80 degrees to 100 degrees. if not what could be the problem. the engine is always the same temp in winter and summer.

It's possible to see more exhaust in cooler weather than in warmer weather. In warmer weather you don't see the water vapor in the exhaust but in cooler weather the water vapor freezes and looks like a cloud of smoke. I know 50 degrees isn't freezing but it does bring the engine temp down lower to a point where the methanol may have a chance to frost up the carb. The frosty carb may cause ice crystals to spit out of the exhaust (piston down, cylinder scavaging). Of course the burned fuel won't have any ice in it but it will be mixed with the cold incoming charge.

as long as you see a stream @ WOT everything is fine. i wouldnt think methanol would freeze fast.

Methanol freezes extremely fast when mixed with a rush of air. I used to run a pulling tractor with a 427 running on methanol. The intake manifold would freeze and have a layer of frost on it on a 100 degree day
