The hole for this screw is totally stripped out, will that effect the performance of my engine or potentially harm it.

but I finally just got her up and running. I think I'll just run it like this, or would you really recommend against it?

Don't be doing any hard bashing, and check the other 3 after each tank. Order a new mount and have it ready. You need it.
If you have the tools, you can drill it out and re-tap it to a larger size and you'll be fine.

If you decide to get a new mount, you can pick them up really cheap. I strongly advise against running anything like that. Important drivetrain components that are only attached half ass usually lead to failure. It would be a shame to have to replace your motor because of a $10 engine mount.

I've been waiting for the perfect reason to say this...

By the way, I think you've got a screw loose! :seeing_stars:

well said..:goodpost:..

buts its up to you if you want to run with a simple fix that can cost you more for what the simple fix cost...just like ROLEX said dont do any hard bashing and check it..but the real deal here is you dont want a small little problem to turn BIG..then your going to be like darn i should of listen to them..

also I've been through like 2 engine mounts on the traxxas revo 3.3 they seem to stip very easy..anyone know if theres other that make mounts for revo..just wondering..? i have a RB.23 and that seems more heavy duty ..

OOOooohhh, I'm groaning.

Just to repeat my earlier advise, drill it, tap it, don't bash it hard and order a new one.
Upgrade to one that's better than stock. Try Tower. RD Logics and some of our forum sponsors will have a part that's a lot stronger.
