hey
i have seen pics of the mini t and it looked awesome!! but then i saw one at my LHS and its not that big, it was verry dissapointing, unless looks arnt everything when it comes to the mini t, or is there alot of performance behind, the lil guy,

its a kool lil thing though

Well what do you expect it is a 1/18th scale. But i know this guy that works at a hobby shop and he pimped that thing out. He changed ever thing you can change on it. And it pops wheelies on comand with th new motor. But you can get it to pop wheelies with the stock motor if you go in reverse then forward. But they are cool to have something to do in the winter.

Mini-t

I bought one, at my LHS, at first it was slow and bouncy because of the stock shocks. After a few up grades like a 7.2 volt batt, orion mod motor and oil filled shocks it turns out to be a great truck. It quite quick and handles very well. I would recommend picking one up. Even stock they are pretty fun!!

Squash

Squash, how much extra cash does it take to buy the mods you did. My seven year old wants one, but I leaning towards a 1/10 scale, stock stadium truck. It'll never run in the house, so I don't care about the size.

Not trying to be a butinski but you can get a great motor (Speed 300), bearings, and shocks all for $55

www.one18thscale.com has the motor and plate (you can use the stock plate if you have a dremel LMAO j/k ramtech). you can get a 7.2 for 11.99 @ www.one18th.com.

So bearings teflon sealed $10 @ www.one18thscale.com
Speed 300 and quick cap board $20 @ www.one18thscale.com
Shocks are $25 from www.jphracing.com (call)

so
$11.99 battery
$10.00 bearings
$20.00 motor and caps
$25.00 shocks

that is like $66 before shipping and that is a great setup imo!

That sounds good. We went to an indoor track tonight, and I think the Mini-T is in our future.
