updated with pics. I just took these a few minutes ago and discovered a broken arm on the front. I must have received it like this since i've only driven it twice and it appears to have been repaired. I can clean off the old super glue and epoxy it for you if you want.

Just an nimh charger capable of 1-1.5A. That's assuming the stock pack is 1kmah. I will have to check when I get home

the stock packs are 1100mah nimh so a nimh charger capable of 1A would work for both packs. (both 1100's and the 1600)
