After countless times bending the front tie rods on my mini-t. I finally had to get some new rods. The stockers were bent and straighted so many times that they could not be straightened any more. So I got some titanium rods thinking they would be much better.

Wrong.

The first time out. Not 30 seconds into the run. I clipped a board. No biggie. Looked like the ball end popped off. As I got closer I was in for a surprise. Ball ends were still attached. The POS titanium rod snapped right in half. WTF.

Now I am going to get a new set of stock rods. At least they bend so I can bend them back. Oh, I also need a new ball end since the titanium rod snapped off right where it enters the end. Not even enough to vise grip it out.

Sorry for the rant.

They were the losi ones.

Jakes has a huge selection of Lundsford ends. Match up a set to fit and get some full size cups and balls. I guarantee they wont bend or snap. Everything they are connected to will but the rods wont.

Looks like I will be making a trip to Jakes next weekend. Thanks for the advice.
