micro baja

hey all i got a micro baja by losi. it was running fine then all of a suden it wont turn anymore so i put a new steering servo in it and still nothing. any ideas thanks Ryan.

Did you make sure that the dual rate and steering trim on the transmitter did not get turned up or down by accident?

Hi Ryan, I'm not 100% familiar with the Micro Baja, but by "nothing" do you mean your steering servo isn't making a sound at all? Are your batteries charged in both the car and your transmitter?

Does the Micro Baja have a combined ESC/RX like the Mini-T's?

Yes it does.

Then it's possible the ESC/RX unit itself is damaged. Ask your local hobby shop to test it.

ya everything is charged and nothing was moved on the controler so looks like I'm off to LHS. thanks everyone

If they do say you have a damaged ESC I suggest contacting Losi before shelling out cash for a new one. Worst case, buy one used from a fellow member here.

in the next day or two i will have a stock reciever/ESC for sale. let me know. also the stock servo if you need it. i have pretty much all the radio stuff you will need if anything is broken. ill sell it cheap. its all had less than an hour run time on everything. let me know

i put a new steering servo in and i got the one that came with it still. but if it has esc problems I'm not gona bother with it i got enouf rc stuff to work on.

screw it, it's not worth messing with, you've got a lot of RC's, and I'll buy the hunk of crap from you befor you put it on ebay.
