i have a guy in my area that wants to trade me one of these for a heli i'm looking to get rid of. i'm a traxxas guy and know nothing about these trucks. is the Mgt 3.0 a decent rig, or something to steer way from ! any help/info appreciated !

I have the 4.6 and used to have the 8.0 That said IMO the 3.0 is a bit of a cheap rig for durability and part are brittle. Not to say dont pull the trigger as I'm very happy with the other 2 and Associated quality in general. When I had the other 2 I contemplated getting the 3.0 but after research and visuals I didnt want to take the chance as the quality just didnt seem to be there like the other rigs.

I was contemplating getting the 3.0 myself, but I steered away from it after realizing replacement parts are no longer made and are slowly getting hard to come by.

Do you know what type of heli it is ?
Also if you have no experience with helis I've heard they are the hardest RC's to pilot and be prepared to order replacement parts regularly. How ever when you perfect the art of flying a heli its amazing looking..
I know i personally have been interested in getting a nitro copter it would be neat.

i have a pair of blade cp pro's I'm looking to get rid of. I'm trying to trade them for a nitro truck or electric truck for my son.

Ohh woops. haha read that wrong, for some reason i thought you were trading your truck for a copter.. I'm sure your perfectly experienced at copters.. I'm sure if you look around on craigslist you can find some decent trades..
I'm not sure on the MGT 3.0 i suggest looking at reviews of it and driving videos. Then youll have some more information you need to decide.

Offroad or onroad for the kid? What value would you give the heli's? I've got a couple of electric trucks and a car and may consider trading pending the value.

off road. he has a 1/18 mini high roller, i'm looking for something 4 wheel drive and with more power.
i would value the entire Cp Pro collection (one working bird, hopped up) and the second is for parts. at around $250 plus, i have twice that in them, but dont expect to get that value. hit me up with a pm and let me know what you have.
