It's actually about the 6th or 7th time. You would think by this point they could get their act together, or schedule all their home games in the summer and early fall, lol.
I watched another news video, they say this is the fifth time. They have been wanting a new stadium for a couple years now, that was why they signed Favre in the first place. They wanted him to win enough games to encourage the fans to pay for a new stadium.
Why don't they install some sort of heating elements in the roof to melt the snow as it falls so they don't get 2 feet of snow just sitting on the roof and making it collapse, I don't think it would be that hard to do with all of the technology we have these days.
