RC Driving Style
I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with this engine. It's a Megatech M16 by SH. If so please reply weather it be good or bad as I think I just got a pretty good deal on one. Thanks, Doug.
 
I put one in a Rustler a long time ago, it had good power and easy to tune. It ran perfect while I had it (about 2 gallons) You can buy them NIB on eBay for around $70.00, How much did you give for it?
 
I paid 46.00 shipped off ebay NIB. Got it as a birthday gift for my little brother, gonna put it in his nitro evader st.

Didn't the Evader come with an .18? Good deal on the M16
 
Yeah, but the 18 is done for so I figured that this motor would be a good compromise for the truck. Not if the weather gods would be nice to me I can get it broken in for him.
 
I got one in my Maxx. It's a little low on power for the Maxx, but for the Rustler, it should be a PERFECT replacement motor. Mines' run reliably since I bought it 5 years ago (course, it's been stored for 3 years). You definately got a steal of a deal there. I paid $100 when it came out (course, I worked for the shop where i got it from, so I got a huge employee discount).
