Umm i've owned both brands 3 T-MAXX and 2 Savages. Got rid of all my Traxxas stuff after buying a used Savage and wound up buying a new Savage a few months ago. From my experience the Savage is a much better truck. Why? because I have tried and I stress tried to break the damn things but they just keep on trucking! No T-MAXX would survive the kind of abuse I have put my Savages through I dont care what kind of upgrades you put on it. Try one out sometime you will see what I'm talking about.

She got me again!
So I took my tmaxx apart to lower it and clean it. Took it out yesterday to see how it handeled. It was awesome. Didn't flip on me once! Then the wife came home and thought it be funny to pretend to hit it. Jokes on me she actually did!!! I put it away yesterday without really looking because I was frustrated enough. At a quick glance though the gas tank busted(again) snapped two shocks and bent the arm on my carb. Thank god I lowered it an inch! And here I thought if I dont let her drive it,she can't break it. Lesson learned. I'll never doubt herl commitment to ruining my fun again!

I am assuming she was driving a vehicle of some type in when she hit it. See my earlier post on page one. If you would have listened this wouldn't have happened

She was driving her car coming from behind me. She was coming home so I was driving down my street towards her. As soon as I saw her I hit the brakes but it stopped just in time for her to run it over. And apparently I was a jerk for being mad! "its just a toy calm down!" she said. Grrrrrrrrrrf
