anybody hear anything good/bad about his up and coming car? I'd like to get something with 4 doors since I'm starting a family soon but I still wanna drive. Not the calibur of an STI or Evo but can be had for only about 29K... plus, it doesn't look like a decked out ricer straight from the factory and I like that. Whadaya think?

I think they are putting themselves in a position to be very competitive (sales wise) with the other 2 leading AWD sport sedans. Like I said, not quite the performance calibur but still pretty strong, especially for the money. Seems like it's got most of the techy stuff the others do but with about 25 less ponies.

Had one for a rental once, it had some of the most uncomfortable seats I ever sat in. Of course I'm a bit of a biotch when it comes to cars since I own a 3 series bimmer. For 29K I'd look for a CPO'd benz or bimmer, the warranty can't be beat and it will still hold more value than the Mazda after a couple years. I think the Acura TSX comes in around that price range too, new of course or the TL for a few g's more.

I assume you mean you rented a Mazda6, not a Mazdaspeed6? unless maybe you rented overseas. I hate luxury seats. I think the seats in my Civic Si are 10x more comforetable than my wifes Volvo S60. Go figure.
