diver purchased this engine from 710 baby with only 5 tanks. after finalizing the break-in with a couple of runs we began to lean it out. for those looking for a powerful engine for $350, this engine is a primier contender. the massimo fantini modified version is a an absolute beast!! diver tried racing with it and had to swap it for his novarossi ns12s3 because he didn't have enough time to adjust to the power. this engine is currently being distributed by rcamerica, the same distributor as Xray.

Would you take this over a Murnan X-12 or Rody V12, I know they're in the same price range. :/

All I can say is OMG! This engine has so much power that it scared me! Sl0eg1n was my designated pitguy (best there is) and he stayed below where I was standing, letting me know who was coming up and how to approach a turn , so on and so forth. As I was driving my qualifiyer, he observed that another car passed me and had about 1/2 of the back straight of a head start on me (straight is about 200 feet). I only used half throttle and closed the door on him before he even had a chance to enter the sweeper.

Sl0eg1n is correct. This engine is a beast. ROAR legal, modified 3 port turbo that has so much snap, i would break all four wheels free (locked front diff) and send her squigley down the back straight as she clawed for traction.

I want to see this engine perform against sl0eg1n's new Jim hottinger modded engine. Interesting to see how they compare.

BTW, Bozouki, Adlawoo was there and he has a Mernan Modified X12 3port. It was a performer as well, but power is in a different part of the power band. Still had the same "bad fuel economy" as well. He added a foot of fuel line to hit just over 5 mins.

This Maximo engine is by far a beast of a performer.
