Maverick Strada brushless..Lipo 11.1 v upgrade

Hi all, I have a Maverick Strada and have ordered a lipo 11.1 volt battery upgrade from the standard 7.2v 3000mAh.
Will I have to upgrade anything else like the server or esc.? I’m new to the hobby so any info would be great, Cheers

MOST IMPORTANT, read up on Lipo batteries. You need the correct charger, Lipo bag, change your esc over to Lipo and check the user manual to be sure your system will handle what battery you bought. Running a Lipo REQUIRES some knowledge about them because they can be a dangerous fire hazard.

id stay away rom a 3cell lipo on a sct. Id stay with 2 cells max on a sct. you will over power every thing on that truck.. 2 cell lipo id even go with a LiHv battery in 2 cell... I run the heck out of a sct and its one of my favorite rc to run..I have a few in my collection of rc's..
