So here's my problem. Recently finishes a new 35" catamaran. Here is what I have in it
Motor
2850kv
1600 watts
Max current 86a
Max voltage <18.5v

Esc
Sustain current 120a
2-6s lipo
Bec output 5.5v

I was running the boat on two 2s 2000 20c batteries in series. Both runs on the boat for testing props the batteries swole up huge and won't charge. I'm new to boats have been messing with truggies for years. What am I doing wrong? Wrong size batteries or what? Thanks in advanced.

Here's the boat.
