I have this problem, While doing a review for a company I was testing the strength of there extended rear arms. Well one roll over and its bent to hell and I can't even get it off. The reason it can't be removed is that the hinge pins the hold it to the chassie and to the bearing carrier are bent. So how do you think I should remove this mess.

Well that doesn't look good. I'm guessing it's not going to get a good review....

Aside from being able to bend everything back reasonably enough to get the pin out, I'd say either try to cut the hinge pins (which I suspect is unlikely) or you're gonna hafta give it a good beating...

Well bending the pins is out of the question, as you can kind of see in the picture the bearing carrier covers the pin. And theres no way where it connects to the chassie. Looks like I'll have to get the hammer out, huh.

I looks like there is some room between the bearing carrier and the arm.
If it was mine I whould use my dremal with a thin cut off wheel and cut one side of the hinge pin. then pull it out from the other side with a pair of pliers. :2cents:

like Zandor said the dremel would probably be the best way, i swear the dremel is the best tool ever!!.

I got the arm off. Now the problem there is very little i mean very little room there the bearing carrier connects to the arm the pin is well bent i might just beat the poop out of it tryin not to hit the bearing carrier.

Well folks I got it all of but the pin is still stuck inside the bearing carrier with now sign of it coming loose.just beding worse. It looks like I am going to use stock ones for now until I can get some RPM ones. I'm going back to plastic I think!

Dude Mayhem, Thats not Pretty. So what did you think of the widder arms, other then the bending?

Did I say wider, sorry I ment extended(longer) and they where nice better handling but again weak. The company I got them front does offer an exchange program 5 bucks and you get a new arm. The thing is once I notified them about the bend they have not contacted me back trying to run from the sitsuation.
