Hi,
My front tyres does not grip and blows up like a baloon. I lose the little bit of traction that I have. And how do I set my gearbox?
Any advice?

It must be only 1 tire balooning.
The reason for this is your front diff. You would have to put some diff oil in there to stop it. I'm not sure what weight would be best though. Do a search here for mammoth and you should get some results. I'd go with 7k oil as a guess, but to be sure search around a bit.

The only problem is that both front tyres does this when I drive in a straight line.
